To our valued patients: Please be advised that our main clinic is located in Milton, Ontario, Canada. Our main clinic operates in EST. Please disregard the time zone of EST if you are booking in any province other than Ontario. Our software system does not allow for multiple time zones when getting email reminders about appointments. Please disregard the time zone when booking your appointment. For example: if you book an appointment at 12:00PM, your appointment is at 12:00PM, you do not need to do any conversions for time. If you get a text reminder about your appointment and it says it is at 12:00PM, your appointment is at 12:00PM.
