A 50% charge will be applied for your first missed appointment and any missed appointments afterwards, you will be charged the full amount of your treatment. Our healthcare provider’s time is valuable and missed appointments take up time in their schedule. Our Milton clinic is located across the hallway from HR on the fourth floor. Our Ajax clinic is located beside the nurses office in the Warehouse lunchroom.
